Careers at Trinity

Are you looking for a career that is a calling, not just a job? We are currently searching for the next member of our ministry team here at Trinity. If you are excited about being part of a growing, vibrant group of people seeking to follow Jesus, then let’s talk!

Position Title

Associate Pastor / Director of Children and Youth Programming

Why Trinity?

Trinity is a growing congregation that took shape about 3 1/2 years ago. Our average attendance in worship is 124, with vibrant ministry taking place throughout the week. At Trinity, we believe we are called to pursue ministry in our broader community. Because we want to maximize our ministry, Trinity shares space with a Disciples of Christ congregation, which allows us to allocate 25% of our budget to mission and public witness activities outside our immediate congregation. Our focus is on mission activities related to homelessness, hunger, children and inclusion. For example, Trinity assists a Methodist congregation in serving meals for the homeless community and sponsors a tiny home in Eden Village, a community committed to overcoming homelessness.

Each week, our bulletin shares with our visitors: “Trinity Presbyterian Church is a community of people seeking to live life in the rhythm of God’s Kingdom. We welcome all on this journey with us, for we believe we are made stronger by those of differing social and economic backgrounds, gender identities, political viewpoints, and racial and ethnic backgrounds. We believe God calls us all and welcomes us with grace and love. We respond to that grace with deep gratitude, expressed in our worship, service, and study. Trinity Presbyterian Church is proudly and purposely affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), for we know Christ calls us to unity. Through our connection with the broader church, we find joy, hope, and a strong witness to God’s redemptive work in the world.”
